Article 1 – Definitions
Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: a natural person not acting in the course of a professional or commercial activity who enters into a distance contract with the professional.
Continuous performance contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products or services with obligations spread over time.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Professional: the natural or legal person offering products or services remotely to consumers.
Distance contract: a contract concluded within a system organized for distance selling.
CESOP: the centralized electronic system of payment information established by the EU.

Article 3 – Scope of Application
These terms apply to every offer and distance contract between the professional and the consumer. They are provided before the contract is concluded.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers.
Prices clearly state total costs including shipping, duties, and taxes.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer. Confirmation is sent by email.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw within 30 days of receiving the product without reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Refunds are issued within 30 days after withdrawal notification, provided the item is returned in original condition.
Article 8 – Customs, Import Duties and VAT
All shipments are sent under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, clearance fees and compliance with local regulations.
Ownership transfers upon shipment. We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures or fines.
Customers must verify local import rules before ordering.
Article 9 – CESOP Compliance
We comply with EU CESOP regulations requiring payment data reporting by providers.
Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty
Products comply with the contract and legal standards at delivery.
Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are delivered within 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for import formalities.
Failure to meet import obligations does not justify cancellation or refund.
Article 12 – Complaint Resolution
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of identifying an issue.
We respond within 14 days.
Article 13 – Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to Dutch courts.
